Who are Omni HR Solutions?
OmniHR Solutions was set up 20+ years ago by Andrew O'Connell who is a software developer, specialising in HR recruitment solutions.
10 years ago, his GP wife was given the task of drawing up the rotas for her practice. There was nothing suitable on the market so it became Andrew's next project. OmniRota was born.
A new partnership for OmniRota was formed in 2013 when Andrew Bernard and Bala Murugan joined the team and the software was re-platformed on the cloud.
Since then there has been significant investment in the development of the software with a new mobile app on the way.
